Justine Waby

Position: Partner & Head of Department at Armstrong James LLP
I trained at the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Berkshire in criminal litigation and magisterial law before qualifying at Shoosmiths & Harrison Solicitors in 1997. I have also worked for Blake Lapthorn as a Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor in Portsmouth. I joined Armstrong James in 1998, and became Head of Claimant Personal Injury in 2001. I became a Partner in 2006.

Position: Partner at Armstrong James LLP
In the late 1980's I joined a Newbury based personal injury and civil litigation firm. That firm merged with Charles Lucas and Marshall in 1989. Since this time I have specialised in claimant personal injury and clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of clients suffering as a result of the actions/omissions of others. I joined Armstrong James LLP in 1998, specialising in Employers Liability, Medical Negligence and Occupiers Liability. I was appointed Director in 2006 and Partner in 2011.

I am a senior solicitor at Armstrong James LLP. I have many years experience acting on behalf of clients who have been injured as a result of medical negligence or through accidents. I trained and qualified as a solicitor in London and joined Armstrong James LLP in 2000.

Position: Litigation Executive Armstrong James LLP
I am an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives and have worked at Armstrong James LLP since 2006 in the Claimant Personal Injury Department. I have many years experience acting on behalf of clients who have been injured as a result of an accident which was not their fault. Prior to working at Armstrong James, I worked in Personal Injury Departments in South Wales and Berkshire.


Sheilagh Magee

Position: Consultant
I specialise in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning. I also have particular expertise in elderly client matters including long term healthcare and funding issues. This is a rapidly expanding and changing area and the laws and regulations governing it are becoming increasingly complex. I advise on a wide range of legal issues in this context.
